Subscribing to the service (if equipped)
Kia Connect service is provided to vehicle owners or owner-approved users.
- You must activate Kia Connect service to use it on the system. An account with kiaconnect.ca is required to activate the service. If you already have an account, enter your account information. If you do not have an account, you can create one by visiting kiaconnect.ca. You can also visit your local dealership to create a Kia Connect account and activate Kia Connect services.
Caution
Do not stop the vehicle when the service setting is in progress. It may cause system malfunction.
- On the Home screen, press Setup ► Kia Connect ► Activate Service.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to proceed with sign-up.
- While the activation is in progress, the system buttons are locked.
- If activation fails, contact the Kia Connect Call Center at 1-877-542-2886.
