Moves to Sound Settings Screen.

17 Angle

Sets the view angle for the DVD title produced as Multi-Angle.

18 DVD Settings

Switches to DVD Settings Screen.

19 Full screen

Video is played on the full screen.

20 Web Manual

Displays the QR code for the manual of corresponding function.

21 Split Screen

Displays Split Screen Selection Menu.

Playing DVD

  1. Insert a DVD disc having the printed side (label) facing up in the disc slot.

DVD Mode starts automatically.

  1. To eject the disc, press "B" button next to Disk Slot.

,Reference
  • To play the DVD while other media playing, press [A] or [HOME] button and press [Media] > [DVD].
  • Only 12 cm Disc is allowed for playing.
  • For the safety, the DVD video is supported only when the gear is at P position.
  • For the safety, the Video is not supported and other partial features are restricted while the vehicle is in driving condition. However, the audio is played.
  • Even when the vehicle stops, if the gear is not in P position, the video is not supported.
  • In case of the system including the rear seat display (option), watching DMB TV during driving at the rear display is available.

Switching DVD Display Screen (Basic Mode Screen/Full Screen)

Touch the screen.

,Reference
  • When no control within 5 seconds on Basic Mode Screen, it automatically switches to the entire screen.
  • Full Screen opens by pressing [O] on Basic Mode Screen or pressing [Full Screen] after selecting [Menu] as well.

Pause/Play

Pause/Play the chapter.

  • Touch [M] during Play.
  • Touch [d] during Pause.

Play Previous/Next Chapter.

Plays the previous/next chapter.

Front Screen
  • Touch [C/V].
  • Touching on [C] after playing for 3 seconds starts the chapter from the beginning.

AVN keyboard
  • Press [S SEEK/TRACK W] button.
  • Pressing [S SEEK] after playing for 3 seconds starts the chapter from the beginning.

Forward/Reverse Search

Rapidly searches the chapter in play.

Front Screen

After touching on [C/V] for a long time and release the finger at the desired spot, the music starts from that spot.

AVN keyboard

After Long Press [S SEEK/TRACK W] button and release the button at the desired spot, the music starts from that spot.

,Reference
  • When pressing [C/V] for 5 seconds or longer, the play speed changes as 4X > 16X.
  • No audio is on during Forward/Reverse Searching.

Search Previous/Next Chapter

Searches the previous/next chapter. During searching, the chapter no. is highlighted in orange color. When the desired chapter no. is displayed, press "TUNE/FILE” knob to play the chapter.

Rotate "TUNE/FILE" knob to Left/Right. And when the desired music is displayed press the button.

Title Menu/Disc Menu

DVD Title Menu and Disc Menu is only available on the DVDs supporting the relevant features. Disc Menu composition may differ on each DVD title.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Title Menu] or [Disc Menu] on Basic Mode Screen.

  1. After selecting a desired menu with [w/s/a/d] button, press [OK] to activate the Menu.

Subtitle Language

Available on DVD titles supporting Multi Subtitle Languages.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Subtitle Language] on Basic Mode Screen.

  1. Select a desired subtitle language.

Each DVD title may support different languages for the subtitle.

Voice Language

Available on DVD titles supporting Multi Voice Languages.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Voice Language] on Basic Mode Screen.

Display Settings

  1. Press [Menu] on Basic Mode Screen.
  2. Press [Display Settings].
  3. For more details, refer to the "Display settings" part.

Sound Settings

  1. Press [Menu] on Basic Mode Screen.
  2. Press [Sound Settings].
  3. For more details, refer to the "Sound settings" part.

Angle

Available on DVD titles supporting Multi-Angle. Multi-Angle is the feature allows the viewer to select a scene from the ones recorded in multiple angles.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Angle] on Basic Mode Screen.

The angle selection may not available on some DVD titles.

DVD Settings

Sets the basic language for DVD play. Set Subtitle Language/Voice Language/Menu Language on DVD Settings Screen.

,Reference
  • DVD Settings changes not the properties of the DVD title currently in play, but the properties of the DVD player. To apply the changed setup, the DVD is automatically played from the beginning.
  • If the disc currently in play does not include the set language or support the initial setup, the automatic change to the set values is not implemented.

DVD Subtitle Language Setup

  1. Press [Menu] > [DVD Settings] > [DVD Subtitle Language] on Basic Mode Screen.

  1. Press a desired subtitle language.
  1. When [Other Languages] is selected, Search Screen opens. Press [b] after entering a subtitle code.

Select [Other Languages] to set a language other than the specified audio Languages.

  1. When [Other Languages] is selected, Search Screen opens. Press [b] after entering a voice code.
