Using the infotainment/climate switchable controller

Component names and functions

The following explains the names and functions of the components on your infotainment/climate switchable controller.

Depending on the vehicle model or specifications, the system components′ appearance and layout may differ from the actual product. Refer to the owner′s manual, catalogue, web manual, and Quick Reference Guide.

Infotainment control panel (Navigation supported)

a	POWER button (PWR)/VOLUME button (VOL)	Turn on or off the media. Press and hold to turn off the screen and sound. Adjust the system volume (except for navigation sound).
b	System Reset button	Restarts the system.
c	Infotainment/Climate switch button ()	Switch between control panel functions. Press and hold to access the control panel default settings screen.

d	MAP button	Returns to the current location on the map. When receiving guidance on the map screen, press to repeat voice guidance.
e	NAV button (if equipped)	Press to access the navigation menu screen. Press and hold to access the navigation′s search screen.
f	Custom button ()	Runs the user-defined function. Press and hold to display the function settings screen.
g	SEEK/TRACK button	While listening to the radio, change the station. While playing media, change the track/file. Press and hold to rewind or fast forward (except for the Bluetooth audio mode).
h	RADIO button (if equipped)	Turn on the radio. While listening to the radio, press to change the radio mode.
i	MEDIA button	Runs the connected media. Press and hold to display the media selection window or the Media Home screen.
j	SETUP button	Displays the Settings screen. Press and hold to display the version information screen.
k	TUNE button	While listening to the radio, adjust the frequency or change the station. While playing media, scan music or files (except for the Bluetooth audio mode). During scanning, select the current station, music or file. On the map screen, turn to zoom in or out the map (if activated).
l	HOME button (if equipped)	Go to the Home screen. Press and hold to turn on or off the Quick Control function.
m	SEARCH button (if equipped)	Displays the Search screen.

Infotainment control panel

i	TUNE button	While listening to the radio, adjust the frequency or change the station. While playing media, scan music or files (except for the Bluetooth audio mode). During scanning, select the current station, music or file.
j	HOME button (if equipped)	Go to the Home screen. Press and hold to turn on or off the Quick Control function.
k	MAP button (if equipped)	When phone projection is not connected: Display the phone projection connection window. When phone projection is connected: Display the map screen connected by phone projection (The button’s operation may vary depending on smartphone specifications).
l	SEARCH button (if equipped)	Displays the Search screen.

Climate control panel

a	POWER button (PWR)/Seat temperature control button ()	Turn the climate control function on or off. Turn to adjust the temperature of the seat closest to the button.
b	Front windshield defrost button ()	Remove frost from front windshield via the climate control system. Switch to air intake control automatically.
c	Rear window defrost button ()	Remove frost from rear window via the defroster grid.
d	AUTO mode button (AUTO CLIMATE)	The climate control system automatically matches the set temperature. Press repeatedly to change the AUTO fan mode fan speed.
e	Recirculation button ()	Turn off the outside air and recirculate the air inside the car.
f	Infotainment/Climate switch button ()	Switch between control panel functions. Press and hold to access the control panel default settings screen.

g	Driver′s seat temperature	Displays the driver′s seat temperature.
h	Fan speed button ()/AUTO mode fan speed	Adjust the fan speed. Displays the fan speed in AUTO mode.
i	Air conditioner button (A/C)	Turn the air conditioning function on or off.
j	Air direction button (//)	Adjust the air direction.
k	SYNC mode button	The set temperature will be used for the driver's seat, passenger seat, and rear seats (if equipped).
l	Passenger seat temperature	Displays the passenger seat temperature.
m	Seat temperature control button ()	Turn to adjust the temperature of the seat closest to the button.
n	Rear seat air conditioner button (if equipped)	Turn the air conditioning function on or off for the rear seats.
o	Rear seat climate control button (if equipped)	Go to the rear seat climate control system screen. > See "Climate control panel (Rear climate control system, if equipped)"

Climate control panel (hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles only)

a	POWER button (PWR)/Seat temperature control button ()	Turn the climate control function on or off. Turn to adjust the temperature of the seat closest to the button.
