About the service
The warranty period is reckoned from the date of shipment of the vehicle (registration date). You are recommended to receive enough service during the warranty period.
Free service
Free repair service is provided for failures from normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
The quality warranty period is dependent on and can be superseded by the warranty period specified in the user manual/letter of warranty provided by the vehicle’s manufacturer.
The navigation map update service is guaranteed for up to eight years after the purchase and may expire due to reasons of the company.
Charged service
- In case of mishandling by the user.
- In case of failure caused by a natural disaster (fire, earthquake, flood, thunderbolt, etc.).
- In case of failure due to power abnormality.
- In case of failure due to defects of a connected device.
- In case of failure caused by unauthorized repair or modification by anyone other than a repairman designated by the service center.
Customer damage compensation standard
The compensation standard for customer damage is based on the customer dispute settlement standard notified by fair trade commission.

Please note that attaching a metal tint film (2 tons) containing metal ingredients on the vehicle that has glass antennas can lower the reception performance. New components installed during repair can be different products than the ones being replaced. The country of origin or manufacturer can differ, and also used components may be used. However, the same level of performance is guaranteed. |
