Device connections settings
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Press [Device Connections] > [Device Connections].

- Select a desired item.
- [Connect]: Connect a bluetooth device.
- [Disconnect]: Disconnect a bluetooth device.
- [Add New]: Pair a new bluetooth device to the head unit.
- [Delete Device(s)]: Move to the device list to select and delete a bluetooth device.

Message notification
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Press [Device Connections] > [Message Notification].

- Select a desired item.
- [Message Notification]: Enable or disable received text message notification.
You can view or edit saved reply messages.
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Press [Device Connections] > [Predifined Messages].
|
- Select between [Text Replies] or [Rejected Call Replies] as desired.
- Enter the text message content, then press [OK]

Privacy mode
You can set the privacy mode.
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Press [Device Connections] > [Privacy Mode].
|
- Either check or uncheck [Privacy Mode].

If privacy mode is enabled, the recent calls list, contacts, make phone call screen and text messages list are not displayed to protect privacy. |
System bluetooth info
You can view or change the bluetooth information of the system.
Vehicle Name
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Press [Device Connections] > [Bluetooth System Info] > [Vehicle Name].

- To change the vehicle name, enter a new name and press [OK].
Passkey
- Press the [SETUP] button.
- Press [Device Connections] > [Bluetooth System Info] > [Passkey].

- To change the authentication number, enter a new number and press [
].
Phone Projection Settings
Once you have connected a device that supports Android Auto, MirrorLink or Apple CarPlay, you can set whether to use the Android Auto, MirrorLink or Apple CarPlay feature.
- On the device connection settings screen, press [Phone Projection Settings].

- Check the box to use phone projection when connected via USB. (When connecting via USB, press [ICON_Camera Settings) to select a device to connect to among Android Auto and Mirror Link.

- Select the function you want to connect.

Android Auto
- To use this feature, make sure that the “Use phone projection when there is USB connection” option is checked in the phone projection settings and “Android Auto” is selected in the Android device USB connection settings (which you can access by tapping on the toothed wheel icon).
- Also, you should have the latest version Android installed on your the mobile phone.
- While Android Auto is running, some of the multimedia system functions cannot be used.
MirrorLink:
- To use this feature, make sure that the “Use phone projection when there is USB connection” option is checked in the phone projection settings and “MirrorLink” is selected in the Android device USB connection settings (which you can access by tapping on the toothed wheel icon).
- Also, you should have the latest version Android installed on your the mobile phone.
- While MirrorLink is running, some of the multimedia system functions cannot be used.
Apple CarPlay:
- To use this feature, make sure that the “Use phone projection when there is USB connection” option is checked in the phone projection settings.
- Also, the latest version iOS should be installed in your mobile phone.
- While Apple CarPlay is running, some of the multimedia system functions cannot be used.
