Before you think it is product defect
- You may mistake an operation or installation error as a product defect.
- If you suspect a product defect, check the product according to following table.
- If the problem persists after you have done the following, contact the designated store or customer center.

LCD is made with very high dot densities, and there may be pixel deficiency of under 0.01 percent of the total number of pixels or presence of dots. |
There is no sound or image. |

If the USB drive is corrupted, format it to FAT 16/32, exFAT or NTFS before use. |
Image is shown but no sound is heard. |

Sound is heard only from one speaker. |
Is the front/rear or right/left sound setting unbalanced? |
The device does not operate normally when an external device is connected. |
Did you connect the external device using a designated cable? |
The final displayed mode screen is not displayed when power is turned off and then on. |
In modes that read and play external sources such as the disc, USB, iPod and Bluetooth audio modes, the last displayed screen may not appear when power is turned back on depending on the conditions. If there is no disc or media connection fails, the screen switches to the previous mode. If the previous mode is not in a normal playback condition, the screen moves to the mode before the previous mode. |
