Navigation settings

The images displayed on this system may differ from actual ones.

Move to navigation settings screen

On the home screen, press [Settings] > [Navigation].

The navigation settings screen is displayed.

Map

1. On the navigation settings screen, press [Map].

2. Press the desired item.

• [Map Display]: Sets the map display method.
• [Map font size]: Sets the map font size.
• [Map colour]: Sets the map color theme.
• [POI display]: Sets the types of nearby facilities to display icons on the map.
• [Vehicle symbol]: Sets the vehicle symbol color.
• [Auto zoom settings]: Sets auto scale based on the vehicle speed.

Display

1. On the navigation settings screen, press [Display].

2. Press the desired item.

• [Information]: Selects the desired guidance information.
• [Return to map]: When using navigation guidance while driving, switches from the broadcast/media screen to the map screen automatically after the selected time.
• [AR view display]: Sets which information will be displayed on AR view navigation.
• [Fuel Price Info]: Enable this option to display fuel prices for stations under the average fuel price.
• [Scrolling auto-return]: Automatically re-centers the map at the vehicle position after viewing other locations.

Guidance

1. On the navigation settings screen, press [Guidance].

2. Press the desired item.

• [Set guide distance type]: Sets the type of distance in the turn-by-turn list.
• [Voice guidance]: Settings for the voice guidance.
• [Border crossing information]: Sets the border crossing information.
• [Overv. when stopped]: Shows route overview while stopping.

Alert

1. On the navigation settings screen, press [Alert].

2. Press the desired item.

• [Camera alert]: Sets the camera alert.
• [Camera alert distance]: Camera alert points are guides based on the vehicle speed.

Others

1. On the navigation settings screen, press [Others].

2. Press the desired item.

• [Previous destinations settings]: Sets about previous destinations.
• [User data]: Saved places/previous destinations can be exchanged between compatible vehicles using a USB device.
• [Satellite status]: Provides the satellite information.
• [Search res. feedback]: Feedback to the quality of POI.

,Note

Number of data loaded from USB may be limited by the number of registered locations currently supported by navigation system. If data stored in USB uses different coordinate system from the current system, the loaded location may be different from previous locations. It is recommended to use the function after checking if the registration location loading is properly carried out.
