Making phone calls

Making a phone call by entering the number

1. Press [Phone] > [] on the home screen.

2. Enter the phone number.
3. Press [] on the screen.
   Or press the Bluetooth call button on the steering wheel remote control.

,Note

In case of entering a wrong number, press [] to delete each digit. Press and hold [] to delete all entered numbers. Press and hold the number [0], '+' is entered in the number input window. Phone call is available by entering only a part of the phone number.

Making phone calls via voice recognition

1. press [] on the screen. The system waits for your command and displays a list of available commands on the screen.
2. If you hear a beep sound after voice guidance, say name to call.

Making phone calls via speed dial

1. Press [Phone] > [] on the home screen.
2. Press and hold the speed dial number registered in the phone.

Ex) If the speed dial number is 8 (one digit), press and hold '8'.

Ex) If the speed dial number is 12 (two digits), short press '1' and long press '2'.

3. Calls the speed dial number.

Some mobile phone models may not support this feature.

Making phone calls via re-dial

1. Press [Phone] > [] on the home screen.
2. Press and hold [] on dial screen to call the most recent call number.

,Note

Re-dial is not available if no phone call has been made or a Bluetooth phone is not connected. Press [] shortly on the dial screen, the most recently dialed phone number is entered in the number input window.

Receiving phone calls

1. To receive an incoming call, press [Accept] on the screen.

2. The call is connected.

Rejecting phone calls

1. To reject an incoming call, press [Reject] on the screen.

2. The call is rejected.

Some mobile phone models may not support this feature.

Responding to incoming call with text

1. Press [Message] on the screen, respond to incoming calls by text message.

2. Select the desired message.

3. Press [Send].

Some mobile phone models may not support this feature.

Switching calls to mobile phone/Hands-free

Switches a call from hands-free to mobile phone or vice versa.

1. Press [Phone] on the home screen. The hands-free mode is displayed.

2. During a call, press [Use private].

3. The private mode is displayed.

To switch to the hands-free mode, press [Use hands-free] on the screen.

Hanging up calls

1. Press [End] on the screen during a call.

2. The call ends.

Setting Outgoing Volume

Sets outgoing volume for phone conversations.

1. Press [] during a phone conversation.

2. Drag and touch to adjust outgoing volume.

Setting MIC ON/OFF

Cuts the sound delivered to the other party during a phone conversation.

1. Press [] during a phone conversation.

2. To turn MIC on again, press [].

,Note

MIC can be turned on/off during a phone conversation by pressing [] on the steering wheel remote control.

Switching Keypad

Switching to ARS No. Entrance screen during a phone conversation is available.

1. Press [] during a phone conversation.

2. Press [] to switch back to phone call screen.
