Setting destinations by search

Sets a destination by entering the POI name, address or coordinates.

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Search] on the home screen.

2. Enter a keyword and press [OK].

3. Press the desired location in the list.

4. Select the desired item.

• [Set as destination]: Sets the destination.
• [Add tourpoint]: Adds tourpoint after setting destination.
• [Save]: Adds the location to address book menu.
• [Nearby POI]: Finds a destination by using the POI category.
• [Parking]: Displays the parking lot around the destination.
• [Call]: Makes a phone call. If no phone number is saved or Bluetooth is not connected, the call is not available.
• [Display off]: Turns off the screen.
• [Web manual]: Displays the QR code for the manual of corresponding function.
• [Split screen]: Displays split screen selection menu.

5. Press [Set as destination].
6. Select the desired route.
7. Start guidance.

,Note

To search or set a destination, press [] on the map screen where no destination has been set.

Setting destinations by POI

Sets the destination through various facility categories.

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [POI category] on the home screen.

2. Press a desired item.

3. Refer to the step 4 to 7 of "Setting destinations by search" for follow-up actions.

Setting destinations by previous destinations

Sets the destination to the previous destination.

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Previous destinations] on the home screen.

2. Press the desired location in the list.
3. Refer to the step 4 to 7 of "Setting destinations by search" for follow-up actions.

Setting destination with saved places

Sets the location saved in [Saved places] as the destination.

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Saved places] on the home screen.
2. Press [Favourites] or [Saved places].

3. Select a desired destination from the list.
4. Refer to the step 4 to 7 of "Setting destinations by search" for follow-up actions.

Adding favourites

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Saved places] > [Favourites] on the home screen.
2. Press [+Home], [+Office], or [+Favourite 1,2,3].

3. Set a desired location by using search menu.
4. Press [OK] to save.

Adding saved places

Saves frequently visited places.

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Saved places] > [Saved places] on the home screen.

2. Press [Menu] > [Add].
3. Set a desired location by using search menu.
4. Press [OK].

Editing saved places

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Saved places] > [Favourites] or [Saved places] on the map screen.
2. Press [Menu] > [Edit].
3. Select an item to edit.

4. Edit a desired item.
5. Press [Save].

Deleting saved places

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Saved places] > [Favourite] or [Saved places] on the map screen.
2. Press [Menu] > [Delete].

3. Select the desired item and press [Delete].

• [Mark all]: Selects all items.
• [Unmark all]: Unmarks all items.
• [Cancel]: Exits screen.

Sorting saved places

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Saved places] > [Saved places] on the home screen.

2. Press [Name] or [Date] to sort the list.

Managing my data with USB

Importing saved places/previous destinations from USB memory

This feature is used to import saved places/previous destinations saved in a USB memory.

1. Connect a USB memory to the USB port.
2. Press [Settings] > [Navigation] > [Others] > [User data] > [Import saved places/previous destinations from USB] on the home screen.
3. Press [Yes] > [OK].
4. To check the imported locations, press [Show].

,Note

The data amount to import from a USB memory is limited based on the number of registered locations supported by the navigation device. If the data saved in the USB memory uses different coordinates from the ones used in the current system, the coordinates of registered locations may change. Import feature may change previously saved registered locations as well as favorites in the navigation device. Use after checking if the import feature has been normally performed is recommended. Import/Export feature may not be supported depending on the USB memory format type. FAT16, FAT32, ex FAT and NTFS are supported. Some USB memories may not be supported due to compatibility issues.

Exporting saved places/previous destinations to USB memory

This feature is used to export saved places/previous destinations to a USB memory.

1. Connect a USB memory to the USB port.
2. Press [Settings] > [Navigation] > [Others] > [User data] > [Export saved places/previous destinations to USB] on the home screen.
3. Press [Yes].

,Note

When you exporting saved places/previous destinations to USB memory, the existing registration location stored on USB is deleted.

Setting destinations by Kia services

You can find the facilities of Kia services as the destination.

1. Press [NAV] > [Destination] > [Kia service] on the home screen.

2. Press a desired item.
3. Refer to the step 4 to 7 of "Setting destinations by search" for follow-up actions.

Setting destinations via scroll

Sets a destination on the currently displayed map.

1. Tap and drag the map portion of the screen.

The selected position is displayed in the centre of the screen and a scroll mark is displayed.

2. Press [Menu].
3. Refer to the step 4 to 7 of "Setting destinations by search" for follow-up actions.

,Note

On the map screen, the current vehicle location is fixed and you can scroll to select the location. Press the [MAP] button on the head unit to return to the current location screen. When [Scrolling auto-return] is set in the navigation settings, it automatically returns to the current position after a certain period of time. When the map is moved by scrolling, the location name is specified at the top of screen.
