Move to Kia Connect screen

Press [Setup] > [Kia Connect] on the HOME screen. Kia Connect screen is displayed.

Service Activation

It is menu for Kia Connect service open after vehicle ship-out. Max. 5 minutes may be required for Kia Connect Service Settings. Contact Kia Connect Center (1899-2121) if the Kia Connect Service settings fail. No control is available during Kia Connect Service Settings.

  1. On the Kia connect settings screen, press [Activate Kia Connect].

  1. Press [Activate].

  • Kia Connect Service Settings requires max. 5 minutes.
  • Contact Kia Connect Center if the Kia Connect Service Settings fail. Contact No.: 1899-2121.
  • Hard Key on the AVN system is not functional during Kia Connect Service Settings.

Modem information

You can check Modem Number/USIM/IMEI related information.

In Kia Connect screen, press [Modem information].
